It would be remiss of us not to recognise the issues that are facing all in the golf tourism sector and we wish all of our clients, partners and team members all the very best as we work our way through this current crisis.
One thing is for certain golf tourism will return to Scotland and we can assure you that all of SIGTOA's members are working as hard as they can to ensure that all disrupted travel plans are rescheduled as seamlessly as possible to future safe dates.
At this time there remains great uncertainty around not only golf courses but accommodations, ground services, food and beverage operations and of course international travel but you can be assured that the decision you took to book with a SIGTOA member will ensure that you get the best most accurate information possible throughout this situation.
For the future, new bookings are open for 2021 and indeed beyond and with the move of the 150th Open Championship to July 2022 bookings are being taken well in advance. With the movement of 2020 bookings into next year SIGTOA recommend looking maybe a little earlier than before for tee times for next year.
Scotland however will still be able to accommodate you and your party and we will welcome you all back to the Home of Golf soon.
